1. Non-Refundable Bookings

All bookings for Play Away Days and Playcations are non-refundable once confirmed. We secure flights, transfers, and experiences immediately it's how we ensure seamless, high-quality escapes.

Booking Confirmation

When you pay for your place, you’ll receive a payment confirmation. This simply means we’ve got your payment safely in our system.

It is not your official booking confirmation.

Your booking will only be confirmed once we have a minimum of 7 guests paid in full and arrangements are finalised. At that point, you’ll receive an official booking confirmation from us.

If we don’t reach the minimum group size, your payment will be refunded in full, and the trip will not go ahead.

2. Flight Delays & Transportation

We coordinate private transfers and bookings, but we are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections. We’ll support you, call you a cab, send you updates—but we can’t issue refunds if your flight lets you down.

Third-Party Providers & ATOL Protection:

As travel arrangements are booked through third-party providers, any delays or cancellations related to transport are outside of Hettie’s Holidays’ control. However, Playful Voyagers is ATOL protected, and any compensation received from third parties will be distributed accordingly. All relevant third-party procedures will be followed.

3. Adult-Only, ENM-Lifestyle Trips

These experiences are expressly created for the ENM, lifestyle, and LGBTQ+ community. They are not suitable for vanilla bookings. Please don’t book and act surprised; that’s not our kind of energy.

4. Minimum Group Size & Cancellation Policy

Trips require a minimum of 7 paying guests to proceed. Once that threshold is met, your trip is a go and we’ll handle all arrangements. If the group falls below 7, the trip won’t proceed but don’t worry, you’ll get a full refund immediately.

5. Privacy, Consent & Data Use

We only collect personal information that’s strictly necessary for bookings.

Your details are shared with suppliers only when essential, and always with discretion.

No faces, no names, no speculation - what happens on trip, stays on trip.

6. Behaviour & Social Media Policy

This is a space grounded in consent, respect, and safety. Any form of harassment or non-consensual behaviour will result in removal from the trip without refund.

We are faceless by design: while we encourage tagging @PlayfulVoyagers in your content, no photos or videos of guests or hosts can be shared without explicit, verifiable consent.

7. Personal Belongings

We take care of the vibes but not your valuables. We’re not liable for the loss or damage of personal items during the trip. Keep your treasures safe.

8. Travel Insurance

Your trip investment is significant, so travel insurance is strongly recommended. Any medical emergencies, trip interruption, or emergencies are the guest’s responsibility.

9. Changes to Itinerary

We create detailed itineraries, but sometimes circumstances change (weather, closures, supplier issues). We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments while maintaining the trip’s unique spirit. You’ll be the first to know.
